Chris Lightbody and Scott Bithel arrested for Scam
The police have arrested the two directors of Gallant Building Services, Christopher James Lightbody and Scott Thomas Bithel. This significant development has been reported by BBC, Construction Enquirer, The Cooling Post, Yahoo News, and Nottingham Post.

Shockingly, despite their arrest, Chris Lightbody and Scott Bithel are still attempting to solicit funds for the fictitious Travelodge and Samsung air conditioning projects, urging investors to pour more money into Gallant Holdings Limited—an entity with no actual contracts with Travelodge.

A senior representative from Travelodge has confirmed that there will no longer be any future business dealings with the Gallant group of companies.

If you have invested with Gallant, or have been approached by Chris Lightbody and Scott Bithel, we urge you to contact Nottinghamshire Police and quote the incident number.

Together, we must ensure that justice is served and the perpetrators are held accountable.
Nottinghamshire Police urges all investors to reach out to them by calling 101 or 0115 967 0999 and referencing incident number 0186_17092024.
